Workshops

We offer services to school in developing character education program, designing teachers professional development program and education consulting. Especially we work to improve school practice on character education, giving advise and assistance from initial desig to program evaluation. We provide seminars, workshop and trainings based on the demand and school need.

We also collaborate with Ngo's and company to do the CSR on developing education program, especially character education development. We give assistance for designing, strategical implementation and evaluation of comprehensive and integrated character education program.

Our services focus on school as unit. In our experience, such approach and assistance are proven to be more effective. We also give consultations and trainings for teacher, educator and school personell to improve their work, so that they may become more aware of their task and responsibility based on their job.

We develop comprehensive and integrated character education program as developed by Mr. Doni Koesoema A, Boston College Lych School of Education Alumni, and the winning awards from Indonesian Education and Culture Ministry 2009 and 2011.

Developing Principal's Vision as Agent of Change and Character Educator (Workshop 1)

This is the 3 days workshop and training focusing on how the principal can be a good character educators and agent of change. Having good principal, your school will be more trusted by parents, teacher and students. Mr. Doni will lead the workshop with his team. The workshop is apt to school teachers and principals under the foundation or education district leader. The effecive school leader will bring about the school to be more effective in formating good character of its member.

Teachers as Agent of Change and Character Educator (Workshop 2)

Teacher has an important role to improve education quality. This workshop aims to nurture teacher's deep motivation as professionals who have moral responsibility to improve students learning. We will train your teacher how to be a good teacher who are able to reflect, use the creative methods in teaching, and improve social skills to fulfill their jobs. We are not only improve your teacher's skills, but mora than that, this seminar or workshop will burn their passion as teacher. Your teacher will have more undertanding about what is the meaning of becoming professional teacher, knowing better who they are, and bring the students to better result on learning.
Designing Teaching Method with Integrated Character Education Program (Workshop 3)

The 2013 curriculum integrate character education in every subject. What does it imply in teaching method? Our team will lead your teacher to design character education program based on class in an integrating manner with subject learned by students. The workshop aims at improving teachir skills on preparing dan designing teaching material with the character education spirit.

Reading Skills For Teachers (Workshop 4)

Having effective habits of reading is a must for teacher who live an undanting information era. To have such skills need is very important, as they need to select and propose good information to students. Good skills in reading will improve teachers ability to write. Having ability to read will bring further teacher development on rising their potential on improving students achievement. Classroom research is a typical work mandated by the government to rise their rank. The workshop aims to improve teacher's ability to read articles and other references as basic data for writing. They will learn and exercise various reading strategies, like skiming, jigsaw, speed reading, intensive reading, extensive reading. Participants will learn directly how to read the non-fictions book and share their findings in a simple but importan writings.

We have special workshop on integrated and comprehensive character education program. The method is developed by Mr. Doni Koesoema A, Boston College Lynch School of Education alumni. This method is designed for Indonesian context.

Theme on Character Education

We have worked to improve character education program in elementary school to university. The aims of the workshop is to empower teacher so that they may have ability and skills to implement character education program in your school or institutions. We will accompany you to learn step by step from desiging to evaluating an integrated and comprehensive character education program.
