We are group of educators and teachers who develop the Integrated Character Education Program (ICEP) under the direction of Mr. Doni Koesoema A., M.Ed (Boston College Lynch School of Education Alumni). The ICEP Team gives services and training for educators, students and education personell to promote integrated approach on character education in Indonesian context. We are your partner to improve your school. We work for the better school of tomorrow.

The ICEP team, particularly give services to develop an integrated approach of character education based on three important dimensions of human growth (individual, social and moral). The approach has been developed by Doni Koesoema A since 2008. His experience as educators, teacher, scholar and journalist has been the source of inspiration to develop the comprehensive approach on character education.

The ICEP has its firm based on strong antropological stand, which consider the physical, spiritual and moral dimension on human being as the base for creating the better and more just society. The school should be the place where social transformation begin. its role is to prepare the agent of change that will act for the betterment of their environment and society.

The ICEP has its 12 Pillars of Character Education Virtues for the growth of every individual at the school institution. Our spirit is Working for Better School of Tomorrow. We believe that our works can give actual change in the present and future. It is a good offerings and hopes for the relevance presence of our school institution in Indonesia context.
